FM 13 Isolated Collectives is an assemblage of voices reflecting on the implications of gathering and separating. From an incarcerated population embedded within a larger community to decrypting the narrative of an American historical college campus's evolution and adaptation, this issue offers insight into the boundaried dynamics and oxymoronic nature of the isolated collective.
